Founded in 1989 in Tampa, Florida, Exhibit Services, Inc. was built on a mission to provide dependable, professional support to the trade show and convention industry. What began as a Central Florida–based operation has grown into a trusted nationwide partner, supporting more than 150 events annually across Florida and throughout the United States. Our longevity in the industry is rooted in consistency, hands-on experience, and the strong relationships we’ve built with clients over decades.

As client needs and event complexity evolved, so did we. Exhibit Services, Inc. has continually adapted to industry changes while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence and reliability. This steady growth has included expansion into new markets, most recently with the opening of our Las Vegas office, allowing us to better support events coast to coast with the same level of professionalism and care that defined our beginnings.

Exhibit Services, Inc. provides full-service convention and trade show support, offering everything needed to plan, build, and execute successful events. Our services include exhibit booth rentals, floor plan development, convention setup, registration areas, signage and graphics, show management, rental equipment, labor coordination, and utility support such as electrical and internet services. By offering these services under one roof, we simplify planning and create seamless event execution.
